  • The Studio: A production company that develops TV shows and web series for our student-run television network (STN) and other clients
  • The Newsroom: A media outlet for you to write and publish online news content about the University and the Hartford area
  • UH Hawks Production: A mobile broadcast studio, where you produce live University sports programming for streaming services.

Jaiden Louden

Digital Media and Journalism , '27

Jaiden spent his summer traveling throughout the U.S. as a member of the live production crew for World Wrestling Entertainment's (WWE) Friday Night Smackdown, an internship he landed with the help of School of Communication Associate Professor Susan Cardillo. When Jaiden first expressed an interest in a WWE internship, Cardillo arranged to bring Jaiden and other students to the WWE headquarters to learn more about opportunities there.

Jaiden got hands-on experience in the WWE production truck, the program’s backstage area, and even on the arena floor near the ring.
